Buying Domain Names
All information pertaining
to a domain name is accepted and represented in good
faith as true and accurate at the time
of acceptance by us.
We will not be held
responsible for any error or omission, whether it be deliberate or
by chance. However, we will take immediate action to remedy any
such situation that is within our control upon notification
from an involved party.
Your offer to buy a domain
name is just that - an offer. It does not constitute an
acceptance by any party to sell to you.
We do not represent
ourselves as an agent for either buyer or seller. Our
role is that of an intermediary only. Conditions of sale
are negotiated solely between a buyer and
seller.
We will not be held
responsible in any way for any action or non-compliance of a
buyer or seller -all transactions are conducted privately
between those two parties.
Apart from providing the
means to initiate contact, we have no further role in the
buying/selling process.
Any price listed for a
domain name has been set by the seller. We have no
input into any means of valuing, appraising or pricing the
domain name.
We allow sellers to list
their domain names without a price - this is because we have
learnt that domain names will fetch their true value based
on the law of "want and need" established between
a genuine buyer and an active seller.
We do not require
anyone to supply any further information - e.g. traffic
stats, appraisal, etc., as a condition of listing. Your
requirement for such information should be indicated in your
direct discussions .
Should you misplace
information that forms a vital part of a transaction, we will, at
our sole discretion, supply details of the other party to you if
you contact us directly. Please note, the other party will
be contacted prior to this, to establish that your request for
information is bone fide.
